I woke up today, not really wanting to get out of bed. It’s been a struggle to do everything I normally do. I’ve been getting things done, but I’m working at a much, much slower pace. Which is okay. Tomorrow I will probably wake up and be back to normal.

So I’m not beating myself up that I’m a little off today.

  1. yeah – sometimes we wake up and feel Off. Sometimes we get the choice to roll over and go back to sleep (which is what we need sometimes) but sometimes we have things that poke us in the butt and make us get up like children or commitments or job (which is also sometimes what we need) Hope you have the choice to be gentle with yourself
